I ordered 24 "mason" jar candles (for $143.00+) that included a personalized sticker for the lid as giveaways for the guests at my mother's recent Celebration of Life service. The labels were faded and dull, appearing as if the printer was low on color ink.

The candles lacked fragrance (suppose to be vanilla), the wax was bubbled, and the inside of the jars near the rim were cloudy with a wax residue, not clean, clear glass. The candles were old, as if they had been stored in a hot warehouse for a very long time. I complained and sent pictures. Personalization Mall indicated that the labels "matched the labels advertised" and further requested that I individually photograph the issues with each of the 24 candles.

Unreal. When I disputed with PayPal, PM wanted me to return the candles at my expense. Hassle. I just trashed them.

I was too embarrassed to GIVE them away, they were so cheap and damaged and old. The grief of losing my mother was only further exacerbated by this huge rip off.

DON"T USE THEM

NEVER Use this company. They don't have fast turnaround of 1-2 days.

I sent multi emails and phone calls and no one had a clue about my order or the status. After weeks, finial spoke to someone and she was nice to say if my order didn't arrive by a certain date, that they would refund the shipping. That date arrived and no order. I contacted them to get my refund and they went back on their word.

This business doesn't care about their customers or understand what customer service is. They know I'm upset and they don't even care. They haven't tried to do anything to fix this or make me happy. First and last time I use this company.

Don't use them, I promise you, you will regret it big time. They just want your money and don't care about anything else. I can't remember the last time I been this irritated, frustrated and felt my business was so unwelcomed by a company.

I'm speechless how they are still in business. AWFUL, AWFUL, company.

I received the product ordered through this website broken, and this company refused to do anything about it. Then the customer service representative was rude. Let's just say I will never do business with this company again and will post all over the Internet not to do business with this company.

Fixed a duplicate order

When I was placing a personalized champagne flu order, after I entered all my information, the transaction disappeared from my screen. When I went into my account to look at recent orders it had no orders in the history so I assumed that my order had not gone through.

I ordered it again and then when I checked my order history I saw that the same item was ordered twice. I was frantically trying to find a way to contact the company so I could cancel one of the orders cause I didnt need two personalized wedding glasses.

I somehow got into this website, and clicked out of it. I received an email saying I had a pissed off customer review. I want to correct that and say I contacted the company and they graciously with no questions asked canceled one of the orders.

I am very pleased with what this company did. You should have no fear of ordering from them.

Ornament came broken

I received my personalized Unicorn ornament that I pur hased for my granddaughter today, and when I opened it, the ornament was broken. The tail was broke off.

I am very upset and so is my granddaughter!

I was looking forward to her putting it on the Christmas tree! What can be done to get me a new one before Christmas?!

I ordered two sets of coasters (4pc sets) to my understanding...5.99 per set on sale...I received 2 coasters...I called to inquire about the order...I was told they sold for 5.99 each , I asked can i return these two coasters the answer was NO....I asked about customer satisfaction I was told only if it was on the company part...my question is "why would i order 2 coasters and pay 10.00 each for them."? the Rep. did not try to settle the issue and really tried to talk over me....I am very upset over this and will never order anything else from this company...

Poor customer service

Updated my address in their system while placing an order, billing address updated but shipping address didn't. MY product was sent to an old address.

Called customer service for help and was told due to it being "my" error, I would have to pay for the product and shipping again. I asked for a refund and was told they would only refund me 50% of the purchase price.

If I actually wanted to receive my item, I could pay 50% of purchase price PLUS shipping. Will NEVER make purchase from this site again.
