Delivery was late, and the printing was uneven. The product was generally of low quality. Customer service was unpleasant to deal with.

I ordered a blanket around 3:00 PM today and found out the person I ordered it for weighs 300 lbs. I need the same blanket but in a larger size.

They dont answer or send any updates its terrible still waiting for tge gift I order was 88.40 and they took that money out quite fast from my bank account

I ordered a personalized metal beverage bin. However, the name on it was barely visible.

I sent them pictures for proof. They claimed it looked like the image I had initially approved, but it was absolutely incorrect. They offered to give me a 20% discount.

I then ordered from elsewhere as it was supposed to be a gift and I would have been embarrassed to give it. They have subsequently lost a customer.

Ordered personalized dog tags on 6/24, label created 6/25 and nothing since. This is terrible customer service! Do not use Personalization Mall!

I ordered a personalized lawn chair for my granddaughters birthday.

I was excited to give it to her but had to wait awhile til her birthday. The day of her party we put together the chair and the umbrella only to realize that the umbrella would not stay upright on the chair.

It fell over no matter what we tried! I called the company, they would not stand behind this product and would only offer me 50% off if I ordered another one.

The return window was closed. I will never purchase from this company again!

I purchased a personalized door mat as an anniversary gift.

Recently learned that after the first rain, all the writing was gone.

The design was what made it unique. Now it is nothing more than a plain door mat that I could have purchased anywhere for much less!

The shipping begins with UPS and according to the website, you are shipping UPS. UPS actually hands the package off to USPS for final delivery.

When you try to file a claim with USPS, they tell you it was not an insured delivery.

Try to file with UPS and they tell you to go to the seller. ARRRGGHH!

Personalization Mall will refund the cost when you call them.

I can only assume that UPS refunds them since UPS automatically insures up to $100.

By the time I got through the process, it was too late to reorder the item. Very disappointing.

The person I spoke to was very nice, but I didn't have an item number. I tried to look it up and found it.

I said the order is showing a blank coffee mug and a picture near it.

He said the finished mug will have the picture on it. I told him I hope so, because it is a birthday gift being sent directly to the recipient.

I ordered beach towels for my son and new daughter-in-law For their honeymoon. The towels arrived and I was not happy looked like they had something splattered on them.

I immediately contacted the company saying they were not as pictured.

They basically said I was stuck with the towels because they were personalized, even though they looked defective. Buyers beware - customer service does not exist with this company.

I do like their products and haven't had any issues with the quality of what I've ordered. However...

the prices on this have increased 3 times over the last month. For example, I bought a set of personalized coasters for $15.99. Second time I went to buy some they were $18 or 19...on sale. Now they are on sale for $26.

Same exact coasters. I looked at other products I had bought and same thing.

All prices have increased dramatically. I won't use them again.

I ordered a wooden personalized Christmas ornament for one of my granddaughters . Two items were in perfect condition and the third item broken into.

I would like it replaced free of charge. The order number is 77214****.

The item number is 37205P. This is a Christmas gift that I give at Thanksgiving so they can put it on their individual trees.
