I ordered two of the same items by mistake. I only want one of them.

How do I cancel one of them? Thank you.

I received a miniature tool kit from my daughter for Christmas. There were no instructions on how to use it.

The label said"Sheridan Non Tarnish". The item was made in China. Is there any possibility I could get some kind of instruction sheet for this item?

One more thing: the personalization was wrong. I can deal with that, but really would like to know how to use the kit.
