We ordered a blanket from PMall as a gift for my daughter and son-in-law, who had just lost their beloved dog. The blanket arrived quickly, but we were very unhappy with it.

The picture was so faded it was unrecognizable. I sent a couple of pictures via email to customer service, showing why we were unhappy. They offered a one-time replacement, free of cost. We worked on the print itself, making it brighter and giving it more contrast.

I asked them to replace the blanket with the new print.

We received the replacement in 2 days, and the new blanket was WORLDS better than the first. GREAT customer service!

I was disappointed with having to pay extra shipping charge when I previously paid for passport!! I like your products so this extra shipping charge makes a difference if I buy or not! Free shipping should mean ALL shipping!
