Horrible company! After paying expedited shipping, item arrived after the wedding and they were to decorate the event tables and they refused to refund me ! Dont buy from this shady company!!!

Ordered custom books for my grandchild for Christmas with a guaranteed delivery by Christmas never came. Reached out to company no less than 7 times to see when they would ship and never received an answer.

I ordered champagne flutes for my daughter and her fiancé for their upcoming wedding. I called the company and talked to an employee named Lashell.
She sent me an email with an incorrect email address. I sent her a picture of the incorrect flute along with a picture of it. Received zero response to my email. Since apparently it appears to me that this company doesnt want to resolve this issue.
I want a refund or the correct flute to be sent to the address I have on my order. Would never do business with this company

Shipping g costs a ton and takes up to 18 business days
Costs me $30 USA to ship one item to Canada (a table runner) took almost a month to get. How wan Amazon ship in a day or two? Im not very happy

Complaint - would give ZERO stars if I could.
I have had the worst experience with personalization mall. I ordered over $300 worth of items, and when they arrived in poor quality I called to ask for a refund.
They refused, the manager refused to escalate my call then hung up the phone. Horrible, scamming company!

Need help personalizing an item
Worthless, worthless and did I say worthless!? No help whatsoever. Called during their stated hours of operation and got a message saying to call back during their hours of operation which they then stated the hours again and again I confirmed I was calling during those hours.
- Help needs to be available when you state they are
Preferred solution: None. Don't call me. I'm using another company. Even filling this form out is difficult. Why do you need my address?
User's recommendation: I was looking for help with some mugs I wanted to personalize. I suggest if you have the same reason to call you just move on to another company as I am.

I have ordered 7 things from them now separated into 3 different orders. My second order had 2 of the items in it shipped separately for whatever reason and by different shipping companies.
The 1st was a design ur own doormat which came on time thru FEDEX, & the 2nd is a pillowcase I still haven't recieved! It was supposed to be delivered yesterday and not only was it not delivered yesterday by UPS but now it's being transferred to USPS for whatever unknown reason I cannot fathom. I called Personalization Malls customer service for the 3rd time now and all they did was defend the delivery method and stand behind UPS and accept zero responsibility, none the less even make my concern appear valid or right. In customer service theirs a saying that the customer is always right.
Well with this place the customer is never right. All I asked was for a little discount on a future purchase for the inconvenience & they chose to decline & pretty much tell me to stick it. The items I have actually recieved so far, one being a design ur own blanket I loved! But the customer service is so appalling that I don't feel safe continuing to do business with a place that doesn't value their loyal customers.
I've spent over $300 now within just weeks with them.
There has got to be a place that does the same products that has more caring customer service... Giving this rude company anymore of my money I cannot bring myself to do.

Charged me $ 17.98 to Ship & Ins, plus sales tax for $ 2.88 which should only be 6 % in michigan of $ 1.80.
The expense of almost double the procduct cost, No body told me about that. Supposed to be free with Amazon.
I can’t believe height of stone is only 1.5” HIGH when everything else is 7 or 11 inches.
She wasnt helpful about question. She said there was a stone nearby but she kept telling me it looks like picture on website. Picture on website is about 5 inches.

I ordered 2 personalized wine mugs which were supposed to come with lids for an upcoming friends Christmas party with gift exchange. I had the items expedited to ensure they were delivered before the party.
I received the mugs on time, but neither mug had a lid and one of the mugs had a pretty significant dent in it. I called customer service on hold for 40 minutes- I perceive to tell the lady the issue. She states that I must send a pic of the damaged wine mug in order for her to send lids and to get the mug replaced. I told her that I didnt have the mug with me ( I was at work) but that I really needed the lids.
She continued to tell me that she needed a pic of the dent. I told her not to worry about the dent and that I just need the lids. She kept on insisting that I send a pic of the dent. I told her that she was not understanding me- and she yelled at me.
I asked to speak to a manager.. and she hung up. I have called several times since - and I cant get a real person to answer. Ive also left several messages via email- and also, no response.
Oh, and Ive also emailed them a pic of the dented mug. Horrible customer service!

Preferred solution: The missing lids and my money back for the wasted expedited shipping. I’m not worried about the dented mug at this point!

I have emailed them several times and no response. I made an order for 12/03/2022 and its 10:22pm on 12/24/2022 and still not here. I wouldnt advise to order through this company.

After 4 calls to this customer support, I received no satisfaction over $17. I order a product for my daughter with billing to me.
They put my order on hold, sent me an email notifying me of this. I called in twice that day before getting a callback. Their only reply on the callback is that all was good amd my order released. I happened to go to my front yard yesterday to see package sent to me and not my daughter.
Today I had to call twice, again, for a callback. They got the billing and shipping backwards and blamed me for not reviewing the order confirmation. How did they bill my CC with a wrong name and a wrong address? Be very careful if you use them.
I haven't checked the product. Their customer support is pathetic

I think that you should only get your money back for expedited shipping is if they deliver the lids after Christmas.
